Update Probleme von Joomla 3.6.5 auf 3.8.5

    mit unserer Webseite habe ich folgendes Problem



    will ich aus dem Backend ein Update machen kommt die Meldung


    ERROR:

    The archive file is corrupt, truncated or archive parts are missing


    Die Pfade zu den Ordnern scheinen richtig zu sein.


    Bügel ich das Update mit File Zilla drüber ist die Wegseite weg. Und das Backend ist auch nicht mehr erreichbar.

    Beim Aufruf der Webseite kommt diese Meldung.

    Aktuell ist Joomla 3.6.5 installiert und PHP Version 7.1

    Nach dem Update was die Fehler verursacht hat bin ich zurück auf Joomla 3.6.5 gegangen somit funktioniert auch die Webseite

    Über eine Antwort würde ich mich sehr freuen
