Joomla 3.9.5 Mailing geht nicht raus

    Hallo, ich bekomme es nicht hin, dass das Mailing für z.B.: Kontaktformular funktioniert.

    Habe es wie im Bild zu sehen konfiguriert und in Bild2 sieht man die Fehlermeldung

    Natürlich sind in der Konfiguration richitge Daten eingegeben.



    Vielleicht hat ja jemand eine Idee

    Was mich nachdenklich stimmt, ist diese JSON Fehlermeldung. Leider sagt der TN nicht, von welcher J!-Version hier die Rede ist, ich habe aber hier gelesen, dass es ab 3.6.3 eine eingehendere Prüfung von JSON Daten aus der db gibt. Vielleicht ist hier der Hund begraben?

    Also ich stehe mit der Adresse nicht im Proofpoint weil Blacklist ist nicht mehr aktuell sorry aber die Idee war Super danke


    Aber auch das mod_security ist gar nicht aktiv



    Aber was muss ich machen mit sendmail oder phpmail die gehen ja auch nicht

    weiß nicht, da dürften mehrere Faktoren zusammenspielen.

    grundsätzlich: Hat vorher alles normal funktioniert? Also: welche Joomla Version (Upgrade?)


    - sind die Erweiterungen aktuell?


    - zum Mailing: in einem Fall war die Lösung:

    Kontakte > Kontakt > Optionen > Formular und hier die Einstellung Sitzungsprüfung "ja" auf "nein". Ob hier relevant, weiß ich nicht.


    - In einem anderen Fall: Kontakte > Kontakt > Kontaktformular > Benutzerdefinierte Antwort: "nein".


    Aber auch hier, alles nur Stochern :)
