Helixultimate Template creates PHP error during login to Joomla 3.9.18.1 backend

Hi everyone!

My frontend is still working but I cannot login to the backend/administration area. Error seems to be with Helix Ultimate Framework and is specified as follows:

I'm not sure when I updated to PHP 8.0 but today I put it back to 7.4. error stays the same. I also tried to replace the mentioned file by one backup I've done 2-3 years ago, but error stays the same. I hope somebody is having an idea, what is the issue here. Thanks a lot!

Oh, danke für den Hinweis! Das Frontend meiner Website funktioniert noch, aber ich kann mich leider nicht mehr erfolgreich in den Administrationsbereich/Backend einloggen. Beim Einlogversuch wird eine .php Datei geladen. Ich vermute den Fehler im Helixultimate Framework. Im Error Log finde ich folgendes:

Ich habe in den letzten 2-3 Jahren keine Updates durchgeführt. Meine PHP Version stand auf 8 und ich habe vermutet, dass das der Fehler ist und bin auf PHP 7.4 zurückgegangen (wobei mir nicht bewusst war, dass ich auf PHP 8 upgedated hätte). Mit PHP 7.4 bleibt der Fehler aber der gleiche. Ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn jemand eine Idee hätte, was hier los ist und wie ich das richten kann. Vielen Dank!

Danke für die Antwort. Ja, Joomla, PHP und Templates... alles veraltet weil ich's immer weiter rausgeschoben hab. Da muss ich mich an die eigene Nase fassen. Backup habe ich leider keins.

Der Spamfilter war bereits deaktiviert. Habe ihn auch nochmal aktiviert und wieder deaktiviert, hat aber nicht geholfen.

Ich bin auch ratlos, was irgendwann in den letzten zwei Wochen passiert ist. Am 16. August habe ich noch Bilder wie üblich hochgeladen und Beiträge bearbeitet und am 24.9. habe ich den Fehler das erste Mal festgestellt.

Sollte ich wieder reinkommen werde ich aber sicher als allererstes die nötigen Updates durchführen...

Danke für die Antwort. Für den Webspace gibt es ein Backup bis max.3.9.23. Das habe ich wiederhergestellt. Der Fehler ist aber geblieben. Für Anwendungen (Joomla etc.) hätte ich ein manuelles Backup mal machen müssen. Wenn ich jetzt ein Backup machen will, läuft das auch auf Fehler.

Ja, habe über Strato Backup-Control das komplette Backup Stand 3.9.23 wiederhergestellt. Fehler besteht weiterhin.

Danke liebe Community für die Unterstützung. Der "Fehler" lag bei Strato. Strato hat wohl wieder umgestellt, dass man mit ausländischen IP-Adressen (sitze gerade in Österreich) nicht aufs Backend zugreifen kann.
