Ich habe sie TESTweise übertragen und den ganzen Ablauf mit der Kickstart.php - wie schon zig-male durchgeführt und ist auch inkl. Datenbank durchgelaufen.
Ich bekomme allerdings diesen "500er"-Fehler. in der .htaccess steht nicht viel drinnen.

Warum ist RewriteEngine on in der .htaccess als Kommentar gesetzt? Und warum steht es nicht weiter oben?
Orientiere dich mal an der htaccess.txt von Joomla 4.2.3 und erstelle sie neu!
Oder deaktiviere sie mal durch Umbenennen und entferne den zweiten Haken in der SEO-Konfiguration. Da du nicht ins Backend kommst, mache das über die configuration.php. Musst wahrscheinlich die Dateirechte dazu von 444 auf z.B. 644 ändern. Anschließend wieder zurück auf 444 setzen!
EDIT: Welche PHP-Version läuft dort?
Nebenbei: Das SSL-Zertifikat scheint mit dieser SubSubDomain keine Probleme zu haben, was manchmal auch der Fall sein kann.

Ok! In der neuen .htaccess versuche nun folgendes:
1. Setze vor Options +FollowSymLinks ein # !
2. Und entferne vor RewriteBase / das # !
Ansonsten: Wurde der zweite Haken in der SEO-Konfiguration im Backend gesetzt oder nicht?
